Pendleton the Dragon

Here we have a rather special dragon, mostly made by me but the design and "art direction" (and some painting/sculpting), along with the photography was done by my sister:

Inspiration for this sort of posable doll came from who produce some amazing dragons and other similar beasties. Check them out.

Pendleton here has a skeleton of posable acrylic doll armature, which was salvaged from another plush we owned. His head and legs were hand sculpted out of apoxie two-part sculpt, and they're painted with acrylic paint, and soft toy eyes set into the apoxie. His body is made of faux furs and he's stuffed with regular stuffing around the armature.
Fully posable and not very fragile at all!
He's going to be getting a new/different earring (this one's just for show off of a keychain, I think it's some sort of animal tooth) and he'll have dragon-y whiskers when we figure out how to do that.
